Caring for a loved one who is ill or who requires constant attention and support is a mitzvah but also an effort that is demanding and often isolating. Come and share with other caregivers who understand what it feels like to often be tired, frustrated, and sad while we do something we would not give up. We will discuss “what is difficult for you”, “how do you respond “, and “how you cope” in situations that are often stressful and full of grief.
Join us on Sunday, Nov. 8, from 10:30 am to 12 noon at Temple B’nai Abraham. Dr. Jerry Schwartz, psychologist and counselor with All Care VNA & Hospice, will give a brief talk and then lead a group discussion. We will close the program with a Healing Service led by Rabbi Steven Rubenstein & Marcy Yellin.
