More Jewish Meditation, Anyone?
avatar

The community learning day Jewish Meditation session was really wonderful. It got me thinking about how we can get Seth Castleman to join us again. I spoke to Deb about how we might make it happen. So I’m throwing this question out to everyone who attended and anyone who did not but wished they had: Would you be willing to pay a $10 drop-in fee to have him come once a month? Share your thoughts in comments, or email me. If we can get about 20 people who are willing, we could try to make it happen.

At the parent coffee, I got at least one other person to express interest. We may bring him back for one more Community Learning Day.

    hi lisa,
i wasn’t at the workshop but i’m very pleased to hear it was well attended and there is further interest. i have been practicing “jewish meditation” for a number of years now and most recently at a 7-day silent jewish meditation retreat over christmas vacation – the teachers were david & shoshana cooper. i have wanted to have an early morning sititng before saturday services for awhile now & wonder if anyone else might be interested. i’m not sure i want to pay for seth c to come since i have my own practice & teachers already.
