About Alan Pierce

Alan currently serves as president of TBA. He also is president of the Jewish Historical Society of the North Shore and is a practicing attorney in Salem at Alan S. Pierce & Associates. He is the author of A History of the Jewish Community of Boston's North Shore (History Press 2008) and with Avrom J. Herbster, The Jewish Communtiy of the North Shore (Arcadia Press 2003). He lives in Beverly with his wife Donna who is a member of the TBA Board
