Theater of Light , a children’s theater troupe  has signed an agreement to lease space at TBA for its bi-annual productions. Formerly based in Salem, this well regarded theater program will be generating additional rental income along with Neverland Theater which has enjoyed a similar arrangement for the past several years. Margie Sheris was instrumental in bringing this opportunity to TBA and Deb Vozella spent the past several weeks meeting with the theater director, co-ordinating scheduling with Neverland and working out storage space issues. A lease was drafted and signed last week and we are looking forward to additional creative programming within TBA that not only benefits the communtiy at large, but brings added revenue to us. Thanks to Deb, Margie and Peter Gilmore who handled the legal aspects for us.
