Final Shabbat By the Sea this Friday, August 20th at 7:00 with Marcy Yellin!

Bring your chairs and enjoy our last Friday Night Services by the Sea at Lynch Park in Beverly. Services start at 7:00 pm, and are always well attended.

Together we will bring in Shabbat while watching the sun set over the water. All are welcome.

Services will be led by Peter Gilmore and Linda Goodspeed as the Rabbi is on vacation.

Help Plan Comedy Night – Join the Committee!

In the fall, the Comedy Night Committee will begin meetiing once again to plan Comedy Night, to be held at the end of January 2011.

2010-2011 Book Club Meeting Schedule

We are preparing for the 2010 – 2011 season of the Sisterhood Book Club.  Due to popular demand, we will be meeting five times next year rather than four. Each event is casual, relaxing, and social with a bit to eat and a bit to drink.

Book Club Meeting To Discuss "People of the Book"

Book Club meets this Wednesday, March 3rd 7:30pm

The TBA Book Club will meet March 3rd at 7:30pm to discuss The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak. The book club with meet at the home of Jayne Gordon at 15 Old Rubbly Road in Beverly.

Book Club

The Temple B’nai Abraham Book Club meets about every other month and is open to members and non-members. We discuss the books and enjoy a cup of tea with a bite to eat. Often, chocolate is involved. If you are new to the community, this is a good way to meet people and get to know them a bit better.

Among the books we have discussed are:

Sisterhood's Comedy Night

Featuring Comedian Dan Naturman.

Join us Saturday January 23 at 8pm for music , comedy, a few drinks, a few sweets and a lot of laughs. The opening act will feature music from The Gardner Street Band. Doors open at 8:00. Tickets are $25 per person and include entertainment, wine, beer and dessert.

Proceeds from this event benefit the TBA Religious School.
