Notice of Congregational Meeting – Tuesday May 10 at 7:15pm
This is the official notice of the congregational meeting to be held on Tuesday May 10, 2011 at 7:15pm. The agenda of the congregational meeting will include : Discussion and congregational vote regarding the proposed amendment to our bylaws (see below) Presentation, discussion and congregation vote on the the fiscal year 2012 budget, Discussion of any other such business that may be brought before the congregation. Anyone who would like to add an item to the agenda should contact one of the officers. Please note, the May Board of Directors Meeting will take place immediately prior to the congregational meeting from 7:00 pm to 7:15 pm.
